Parts and Labour Guarantee

Duration of Guarantee:

  • Labour: 3 months from the date of service.
  • Parts: As per the manufacturer's / suppliers specified warranty period. (these may vary)

Coverage:

  • This guarantee covers defective labour for a period of 3 months from the date of service.
  • Parts are guaranteed according to the warranty period specified by the respective manufacturer.

Exclusions:

  • Tyres: This guarantee does not cover tyres.
  • Wheel Alignment: This guarantee does not cover wheel alignment services.
  • Misuse, Neglect, or Damage: Items that have been subjected to misuse, neglect, or damage are not covered under this guarantee.

Terms and Conditions:

  • The guarantee is valid only for the original service performed and is non-transferable.
  • Claims must be reported within the guarantee period and verified by our service team.
  • The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or consumable items.
  • Proof of purchase and service documentation must be presented when making a claim.
  • We will not pay any third-party invoice.
